Habits that keep sprints predictable when work includes hardware and suppliers.
Good practice
- Write stories with clear acceptance criteria, including how each one will be tested.
- Make the sprint goal about an outcome, not just a list of tasks.
- Include testing in the definition of done so nothing waits for a big test phase at the end.
- Keep the daily meeting short and focused on blockers and progress toward the sprint goal.
- Use each retrospective to pick one or two improvements and check them in the next sprint.
- Make hardware and supplier dependencies visible on the board early.
